2025-26 Practice Player Fees are 50% of the Team's Tournament Player Fees.
Practice Player PLUS fees are 75% of Tournament Player Fees (With a coach option - NOT obligation - to pull a strong player up for no more than 4 tournaments)
Practice Players are NOT considered rostered players under CHRVA guidelines.
** Raffle - As with all area youth sport clubs, in an effort to keep the ever-rising costs of youth volleyball manageable, Potomac Storm players are required to participate in a club wide raffle where each player will sell 20 raffle tickets for $10 each. Parents will make payment for the raffle tickets, at the parent meeting on. The raffle will result in a $750 winner and FIVE ADDITIONAL winners. RAFFLE TICKETS ARE $200 & ARE PAID FOR SEPARATELY BY CHECK/CASH.
SPONSORS
If parents can get a business to sponsor all or part of their child's dues, Potomac Storm will allow the business to place up to a 3'x5' banner (approved as appropriate by the club director) on the wall of the Potomac Storm Gym. Potomac Storm can also add sponsors to the back of the team's practice t-shirts for a sponsorship fee.
Parents Are Responsible For:
- CHRVA/USAV and AAU memberships and background checks (when required for 18 yr old players)
- Individual player's travel/food/lodging expenses
- ALL Fundraisers must be pre-approved by the Club Director
- Black spandex, knee pads, volleyball shoes, and anything not specifically indicated as provided by Potomac Storm Volleyball Club.
Dues cover regular season coaching expenses, practice facility costs, training equipment, tournament entry fees, and other administration costs. Make checks payable to Potomac Storm.
