To pay with a credit or debit card, contact [email protected] for the amount due. (PSVBC will ADD 3.5% for the Venmo Fee charged to the club).

If paying, thru Venmo, for Potomac Storm jerseys, submit the $125 JERSEY fee separately.

CLUB FEES

12U - $995 (8 to 10 tournament days and 2 HOUR practices)

13U CLUB - $1,150 (up to 11 tournament days) + AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL if the team wins an entry

14U CLUB - $1,275 (up to 11 tournament days) + AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL if the team wins an entry

15U-18U CLUB - $1,500 (13-14 tournament days) + AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL if team wins an entry

15U NATIONAL - $1,620 (19 to 21 tournament days) includes AAU Nationals Team Entry

16U NATIONAL - $1,620

* Uniforms are $125

** Raffle - As with all area youth sport clubs, in an effort to keep the ever-rising costs of youth volleyball manageable, Potomac Storm players are required to participate in a club wide raffle where each player will sell 20 raffle tickets for $10 each. Parents will make payment for the raffle tickets, at the parent meeting on. The raffle will result in a $500 winner and four $250 winners.

*** Nationals - Teams will decide whether to compete at Nationals, if they win entry. Regardless, PSVBC teams will seek to win every tournament entered.

Team fees are based on 10 travel players and 2 practice players (to meet the team budget). Fees will increase accordingly for teams with fewer players. 

PRACTICE PLAYERS

2023-24 Practice Player Fees are 50% of the Team's Tournament Player Fees (Practice players receive 1 club practice t-shirt and a 15" team bag - they can order jerseys if they wish, at the club's cost)

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Full payment via credit/debit card through the www.potomacstorm.com website registration platform prior to the Potomac Storm Parent Meeting

* If paying team dues by card, an administrative fee of 3.5% MUST be added to any dues/fees paid through Venmo. 

2. Full Payment via check at the Potomac Storm Parent Meeting

3. TO PAY BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS  - CONTACT [email protected] for the amount due (PSVBC will add a 3.5% administrative fee to cover fees).

4. Payment Plan - Bring 4 checks to the Potomac Storm Parent Meeting
Check #1 dated Nov. 8, 2023 for 50% of team dues + uniform fees ($125) + raffle fee ($200)
Check #2 dated Jan. 15, 2024 for 20% of team dues
Check #3 dated Feb. 15, 2024 for 20% of team dues
Check #4 dated March 1, 2024 for 10% of team dues


SPONSORS

If parents can get a business to sponsor all or part of their child's dues, Potomac Storm will allow the business to place up to a 3'x5' banner (approved as appropriate by the club director) on the wall of the Potomac Storm Gym. Potomac Storm can also add sponsors to the back of the team's practice t-shirts for a sponsorship fee.


Parents Are Responsible For:

  • CHRVA/USAV and AAU memberships and background checks (when required for 18 yr old players)
  • Individual player's travel/food/lodging expenses
  • ALL Fundraisers must be pre-approved by the Club Director
  • Black spandex, knee pads, volleyball shoes, and anything not specifically indicated as provided by Potomac Storm Volleyball Club.
Dues cover regular season coaching expenses, practice facility costs, training equipment (serving, setting, and passing machines, target trainers, spike trainers, blocking devices, vert testers, and other position/skill specific training equipment), tournament entry fees, and other administration costs. Make checks payable to Potomac Storm Volleyball Club.

** A returned check charge of $30 will apply to any check returned NSF (Players will be suspended until NSF checks are redeemed)
