The above events are licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U. S., Inc. All participants must have a current AAU membership. AAU membership must be obtained before the competition begins. Non-Athlete memberships cannot be purchased at the event, allow up to 10 days for memberships to be processed. Participants are encouraged to visit the AAU web site www.aausports.org to obtain their membership.

AAU Volleyball Regulations and Expectations will be enforced:
Sportsmanship: It is the obligation of coaches, players, administrators, volunteers and other representatives of the AAU to practice the highest principles of sportsmanship and to observe the ethics of competition. Good sportsmanship is defined as qualities of behavior, which are characterized by courtesy and genuine concern for others. The display of good sportsmanship is a statement of the individual’s understanding and commitment to fair play, ethical behavior and integrity.
Please keep in mind that the only guaranteed start time are the first matches. Each match is played back-to-back therefore the times on the schedule may not reflect the time of the actual match. Please don’t rely on a match starting at a specific time if you want to watch your team.

EVENT POLICIES
Tournaments will be licensed by AAU. The tournaments are OPEN TO ALL TEAMS that meet the requirements. All team players and coaches MUST have AAU memberships to participate in the tournaments.

ROSTER DISCLAIMER
All players listed on the roster must be registered or members in good standing with their respective member organization. BE PREPARED TO SHOW PROOF OF ANY ROSTERED PLAYER'S AGE.
All players must meet age classification requirements. NOTE: Age waiver players are NOT eligible for this event. Have copies of certified birth certificate available for inspection.
All staff listed on the team roster must be registered or members in good standing with their respective member organization. A staff member, listed on the roster for the team/club, will be with the team/club at all times while attending this competition.
A staff member, listed on the team roster, will be with the team and have in their immediate possession, during this competition, a complete and legible copy of the medical/emergency release form for each player listed on the official roster. (AAU forms are acceptable)
The team understands it is subject to any and all penalties for incorrect or incomplete information on this form or incomplete or incorrect results information.

Medal for Silver bracket winner.

The Gold Medal winner of EACH of the tournament dates will receive a FULL REFUND of the team's tournament entry fee.
EVENT POLICY
ALL teams must be registered BY MAIL or on AES, paid in full, and have submitted rosters to compete in this tournament.
EVENT POLICIES AS OUTLINED HEREIN AND ON AES SHALL APPLY
One R1 will be provided for each court. Teams should be prepared to provide work teams for officiating duties.

Upon arriving at the tournament site coaches/team reps should check in, verify, date and sign their official team rosters.
Each player should have one jersey number for the duration of the event.

Teams will be accepted per tournament policy. The Tournament Contract must be fully completed, signed, with entry fee attached, and RECEIVED by the Tournament Director, at the address shown above no later than 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT DATE.
Include a check in the amount of $250 for your team entry fee.

Refunds:
Tournament Director must receive written notice of withdrawal at least 60 days prior to the start date of the event, AND a suitable replacement for the team dropped must be found, in order for the withdrawn team to be considered for a 50% refund. If no replacement team enters the tournament, the withdrawing team will not be eligible for a refund.
Teams withdrawing less than 60 days prior to the event start date will not be entitled to any refund.
