Team fees are based on 10 players + 2 practice players (to meet the team budget). Fees will increase for teams with fewer players. 

PRACTICE PLAYERS

2025-26 Practice Player Fees are 50% of the Team's Tournament Player Fees. Practice Player offers MUST be accepted/rejected within 12 hours.
Practice Player PLUS fees are 75% of Tournament Player Fees (With a coach option - NOT obligation - to pull a strong player up for no more than 4 tournaments)
Practice Players are NOT considered rostered players under CHRVA guidelines.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Full Payment via cash, check, or card.

2. Volleyball Dues Payment Plan - Bring 4 checks to the Potomac Storm Parent Meeting.

Check #1 DATE OF YOUR TEAM PARENT MEETING for 50% of team dues + uniform fees ($125) + raffle fee ($200).
Check #2 dated Nov. 30, 2025 for 20% of team dues
Check #3 dated Jan. 15, 2026 for 20% of team dues
Check #4 dated Feb. 15, 2026 for 10% Balance of team dues

SPONSORS

If parents can get a business to sponsor all or part of their child's dues, Potomac Storm will allow the business to place up to a 3'x5' banner (approved as appropriate by the club director) on the wall of the Potomac Storm Gym. Potomac Storm can also add sponsors information to our website and Facebook page.
