OPEN GYM SCHEDULE

October 6th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 16th, and 18th (6-8 pm)

FEES

$5 for Rostered 2023-24 Potomac Storm Players
(MUST have been on a PSVBC roster at end of the 2023-24 season)

$15* for Non-Potomac Storm Players
(Anyone who was NOT on a PSVBC roster at end of the 2023-24 season)
*$10 for each additional sibling

HOW TO REGISTER

(1) Send your child's name, age, & requested Open Gym date to
OPEN GYM EMAIL

(2) Potomac Storm will email a confirmation OR a waitlisted message

(3) Make Payment


PAYMENT OPTIONS

(A) CASH - Receipt Provided

(B) CHECK* - Payable to Potomac Storm

(C) ZELLE - Email OPEN GYM EMAIL if paying by Zelle 

** Potomac Storm VBC Does NOT Accept VENMO Payments

(4) Print, sign, and bring the Release of Liability (Below) to the Open Gym.
** Players cannot participate until the signed/dated Release of Liability is provided to Potomac Storm staff.

** OPEN GYM CONFIRMATIONS ARE NOT TRANSFERRABLE OR REFUNDABLE AND ARE DATE SPECIFIC

*$35 NSF fee applies to any returned check

** PARENTS MUST COMPLETE & SUBMIT A SIGNED COPY OF THE LIABILITY RELEASE BELOW
